Order process

How to order from us:

If you are interested in a product , you click on the product name or image to the product description. Here you will find a detailed description of the product. You can collect by clicking the "add to cart" all the products as in a shopping cart without obligation and also removeability.
Using the link "Basket" (top right ) to go to your cart and started to complete the ordering process or delete items again, or change the order quantity.
At the beginning of the order process all the items you have selected will be displayed with all the details again. Here you can again change the delivery quantity of items . After a lot of change in the "quantity" field must be read aloud to accept the change. "Remove" using the icon, a position can be completely deleted from the cart.

To continue, the link "to the order" must be clicked.

You have the choice :

If you are already a registered customer, you can login with your profile now. Or register as a customer at this point . You will also find two links to our terms and conditions for cancellation. This must be confirmed as read after reading in the preceding box . Without these two affirmations you can not complete your order.

With the button "order to pay it" you place a binding order for the goods in your cart.

Now you will receive your order number and again displayed your chosen method of payment.

If you have not received after 24 hours once confirmation of receipt (please note that this email may end up in your spam filter) , please contact us by email : info@japebi-contor.com . Enter here your name and the date of appointment , we share with you then if your order is received.

You will receive an email with a confirmation of order , a list of the items you ordered , the expected date of delivery and address once your order is processed by us . The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by delivery of the goods , or by giving notice of the delivery of the goods.
