1. Scope:

All sales and deliveries to you from us as your contracting party (below known as "your contract party") are based on the following General Conditions:

2. Conclusion of contract:

2.1 The contract language is German.

2.2 Catalogues, esp. online-catalogues, contain no binding offers, but only a product overview. They are just non-binding invitations to order.

2.3 If you order from our online shop you will get after your adress-input and selection of payment-condition the button "Order". Now you can order the goods choosen before.

After you entered your date and by clicking the button "place an order" as the last step in the order process you place abinding order for the items in your shopping cart.

You will receive an email as a confirmation of receipt of your order. This acknowledgement contains again an instruction about

The acknowledgment contains again a lesson about time limits within which and the manner in which you may cancel your order if you are consumers. Further, this e- mail contains the order text and Terms and Conditions. The contract is thus not yet reached, but only if the order is subsequently confirmed in writing or by e -mail or the goods supplied by us .

3. No deliveries outside of Germany :

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery and invoicing occurs only within Germany .

The delivery time is 5 working days from receipt of your payment to us unless different delivery times are specified for each product.

Delivery is to a packaging and shipping costs . The delivery is only one level and only up to the first door to the address specified by you .

The prices quoted are retail prices including all taxes. The prices are valid from date of order. They are valid for deliveries within Germany . In brochures, advertisements, etc. contained information are non-binding. The shipping costs are shown separately.

7. Retention of title:

The delivered goods shall in any case only after full payment becomes your property .

8. Partial deliveries:

Partial deliveries are possible to the extent that is reasonable for you. Additional shipping charges will not arise through partial deliveries.

9. Return costs:

If the consumer of his right of withdrawal , he shall bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed an amount of EUR 40,00 or if at a higher price of the goods , the consumer has the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation not yet rendered .

12. Other provisions:

Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining contract remains effective. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision. It applies in the rest of German law.
